Second Neighborhood Walk Through Scheduled

The second of four neighborhood walk throughs will be conducted, Saturday, May 23. The committee will be noting non-compliance issues. A letter will be mailed to homeowners noting issues that need attending to.

Board Meeting Information

SVHOA Board Meetings are held quarterly (or as needed) and generally begin at 6 P.M. unless changed by the board. Homeowners interested in attending should notify the President or other board member to ensure adequate seating will be available, and also to be informed of any updates on change of location or time.
